Group power

We bring people with similar values but with very different backgrounds into one place to unlock the group intelligence and creativity. You’ll be around creators, thinkers and doers from different cultures.

Art & Science Interplay

We combine deep scientific knowledge and artistic practices to help you find your creative expression or connect your creativity to scientific wisdom (depending on where you come from).

Rooted in powerful places

We use the history of the place and its present to inform and inspire your work. For us, nature isn’t just a nice place to recharge – it is also a powerful source of creativity, learning and unlearning.

Creative Ecology Experience

A hands-on experience that changes how you see, understand and relate to the living world around you. Through a combination of ecological exploration and creative practice, you move beyond observation and learn to engage with nature as an active source of knowledge and inspiration.

Explore

real environments through guided fieldwork and sensory practices, learning to notice relationships, patterns and signals that are usually overlooked.

Experiment

through drawing, mapping, writing and other artistic practices that turn observation into new perspectives and ideas.

Connect & Reframe

through dialogue and reflection, bringing ecological, artistic and personal perspectives together to challenge assumptions and discover new ways of thinking and acting.

Leave with a different way of seeing, feeling and creating.

What stays with you: a shift from control to responsiveness, from certainty to curiosity, and from learning about the world to learning with it.

These practices can continue to shape how you work, make decisions and navigate complexity long after the experience ends.

Learn to see what others miss

Develop practical ways to observe and interpret complex environments through drawing, mapping, writing, listening and attention. Learn to notice relationships, patterns and signals that conventional approaches often overlook.

Connect different ways of knowing

Explore how artistic, scientific and embodied perspectives can work together. Move beyond choosing between intuition and analysis, and develop a richer way to understand the systems you are part of.

Practise letting go of control

Shift from seeing nature as a context to experiencing it as an active participant. Become more comfortable with uncertainty, adaptation and emergence, and learn to respond to what unfolds rather than trying to control every variable.
